Have you ever wondered how those wierd little smiley faces appear in some people’s comments on the web? Well, they are called “emoticons” and are used to display (drum roll please!) your emotions at that given moment! It’s actually pretty easy to make them show up especially if you are commenting/publishing on a wordpress powered blog. What follows below is a little list I found at the HummingBunny blog of what you need to type after you’ve typed in your comment or post on a WorPress powered blog:

All right!!!! Everyone knows that a smiley face is a colon then a right parentheses.
A wink is a semi-colon and right parentheses.

A frown is a colon and a left parentheses.

You may have noticed in my footer the line that says “hosted by” has changed from x10Hosting to Hostgator. What happened…surely a name like x10 would mean it’s ten times better than the rest, right? Well they are better if you do not want to pay for your hosting and prefer to have it for free! So am I the type of guy who just to give his money away? Of course not…I’ll explain in a minute.

For example, were you aware that estate agents don’t actually perform “property valuations”?

All an estate agent does is provide an “informal opinion” on what a property might sell for.

“Informal opinion” means that there’s no requirement in law for his or her opinion for being accurate.

If you blindly put your faith in an agent’s “informal opinion” the chances are you will be taken advantage of.

It’s because agents are recognized to over or undervalue property for their own gain. Here’s why:
